Quotations and contracts
Any prices, lead times or scopes discussed via this website are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation. Works are carried out subject to our standard conditions of contract, which are issued with each quotation and prevail over these website terms.
Site access and safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely access to plant and any site-specific inductions or permits required. Where access is not available at the agreed time, additional visit charges may apply.
Emergency and maintenance response
Response targets, including four-hour attendance on business-critical systems, apply to assets covered by an active maintenance agreement and are subject to the terms of that agreement.
Intellectual property
All text, imagery, designs and drawings produced by us remain our intellectual property unless assigned in writing. You may not reproduce material from this website without our permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, and liability for works is governed by the relevant contract.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
