TDC (Thermal Distribution and Control) Limited ("TDC", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. You can contact us at info@tdc-net.uk or at either of our offices listed below.
What we collect
When you complete an enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, site location, the service you're interested in and the message you send us. We do not ask for special category data and you should not include it in your message.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide quotations, and manage any resulting contract. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry) and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who host our website and store our enquiry records, and with professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to contracted work are retained for as long as required for legal, warranty and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@tdc-net.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
